1.ON-LINE: Recommended - Click on "Registration" for our new on-line registration option! This option allows you to pay on-line by credit card or mail in your payment by check to the address below. Medical Release forms will be available from the coach and must be signed prior to practicing. New players will be required to provide a copy of their birth certificate. 2.IN-PERSON: Volunteers will be available to answer questions and assist with registration on 3.MAIL-IN: Download and complete the Registration Form and mail it along with the $55 registration fee to: Pineview Soccer, P.O. Box 280485, Columbia, SC 29228. These must be postmarked by January 30th and checks should be made payable to "Pineview Soccer." New players should also mail a copy of their birth certificate. Medical Release forms will be available from the coach and must be signed prior to practicing. LATE REGISTRATION: $65 REGISTRATION FEE for all players registering AFTER Feb 6th. COST: $55 per player. In addition to registration with SC Youth Soccer Association, this $55 fee covers the uniform cost (shirt, shorts, and socks). Shin guards are required equipment. New Players must bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration locations to register along with required forms. Forms will also be provided at the registration location. |
