*****Soc-a-Rama*****
We will kick-off our season with Soc-a-Rama which will be on Sunday, September 7th at the Old Barnwell Road Soccer Complex. We will have individual and team pictures during this time, with scrimmages, refreshments and lots of fun. You can download your Soc-a-Rama schedule by clicking on the link to the left. Congaree Rapid Soccer Association, our affiliate for academy and classic soccer teams, will be providing two exhibitions at (1:30 pm and 3:00 pm). Be sure to check them out before or after your own game on Field 4. The season will begin on September 14, 2008. Fall schedules are set by the Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission and will be provided to the coaches and posted on our website (www.pineviewsoccer.com) as soon as they are made available to PVPG. If it rains, games will not be played but pictures will be rescheduled during the season.All interested coaches and parents are invited to a free coaching clinic hosted by Kevin Heise and the Congaree Rapid Soccer Association at 6pm at Old Barnwell on Wed., Sept.17th.
*****RAINOUTS*****
Starting with the Fall 2007 Season, Pineview/Pine Grove Soccer Club (and not Lexington County Recreation) will be responsible for calling off games due to inclement weather at the Old Barnwell Road soccer complex. Games will be called due to thunder/lightning as near to 12:30pm as possible on game day. Age level coordinators will call coaches as soon as a decision has been made. In the majority of instances, rainout games will not be rescheduled.
